Tim Moran

Tim is a man of many and varied interests. As a kid he wanted to be a marine biologist. He might have been a basketball star if only he’d been a little taller. Instead, he developed a love of running and became an All-American High School runner, competed in college and now does marathons as an adult. Trying to learn French is a “fun little hobby to keep my brain sharp.” In his role at Priya Living, Tim oversees the design and construction of our latest communities.
