A strong work ethic is important in any job. If your job is making sure people’s homes are trouble-free—no leaky faucets, everything’s in working order—then being a good, reliable worker is that much more urgent.
Maintenance technician Julio Cruz gets it. He learned the importance of hard work from his father. He says his dad worked diligently at whatever job he had, getting up every morning at six to go to work. Growing up, Julio wanted to be in law enforcement. If he weren’t taking care of our community, he’d probably be working security. Instead, we enjoy the security of having Julio on our team. And he says he enjoys the fact that everyone at City Center is so friendly and helpful.
When not working at the community, you can find Julio spending time with his family or going to the gym.
